Use the form below to submit a reservation request. Members only.
Details:
- Parties must be booked at least 1 week in advance using request form below.
- Check pool calendar (above) for event conflicts.
- Weekend time slots are 12 - 2 pm or 3 - 5 pm (plus 30 minutes before and after for set-up and clean-up). Note: Home swim meets may prevent access to set up prior to 12 pm on Saturdays.
- Weekdays have more flexible time slots.
- Holidays are not available due to increased crowds.
- Weekend parties are limited to 20 attendees, including parent chaperones.
- Weekday parties may have more attendees, depending on time of day, subject to board approval.
- Party hosts are responsible for cleanup, including wiping down tables and disposing of trash. If lifeguards have to clean up the area, host will be charged a $25 clean-up fee.
- Use of grills is included. Notify lifeguards at the time of the party.
- Pool will remain open to other swimmers during the party.
