Upcoming Events and Party Reservations

Planning a summer party? 

Brandywine members can host parties at the pool free! Use the form below to reserve party space.

When:

• Parties must be booked at least 1 week in advance using request form below.
• Check pool calendar for availability.
• Weekend time slots are 12 - 2 pm or 3 - 5 pm (plus 30 minutes before and after for set-up and clean-up). Note: Home swim meets may prevent access to set up prior to 12 pm on Saturdays. 
• Weekdays have more flexible time slots.
• Holidays are not available due to increased crowds.

Who:

• Weekend parties are limited to 20 attendees, including parent chaperones.
• Weekday parties may have more attendees, depending on time of day.

Where:

• Parties may use the pavilion or up to 3 of the picnic tables in the grassy area.
   

What:

• Party hosts are responsible for cleanup, including wiping down tables and disposing of trash. If lifeguards have to clean up the area, host will be charged a $25 clean-up fee. 
• Use of grills is included.  Notify lifeguards at the time of the party. 
• Pool will remain open to other swimmers during the party.
