  • Check pool calendar for availability before requesting your party.
  • Weekend parties must be held between 12 to 2 pm or 3 to 5 pm (not including 30 minutes prior to and after for set-up and clean-up). Note: home swim meets may prevent access to set-up a party prior to 12 pm.
  • Weekday parties have more flexibility for time slots

Who:

  • Weekend parties are limited to 20 invitees including parent chaperones
  • Weekday parties have more flexibility for number of attendees

Where:

  • Parties may use up to 3 of the pool’s picnic tables in the grassy area

What:

  • Party hosts are responsible for cleanup, including wiping down tables and disposing of trash. If the lifeguards have to clean up the area, a $25 fee will be charged the member.
